Applying

Thank you for taking the time to explore our website and familiarize yourself with our learning community. As you begin the process of researching schools in an effort to find the best match for your family, we invite you to follow the steps below to see firsthand how we live our mission to prepare students for college, life, and eternity.

Step 1: Discover Davidson Academy

We recommend you begin with the option below that best meets your family's needs or take advantage of one or all of these initial steps in our admissions process to experience all DA has to offer.

Step 2: Online Application

When you have determined that Davidson Academy could be a good fit for your family, you are ready to apply.

Step 3: Assessment

Once we have reviewed your completed application, we will contact you to discuss next steps, which will include a student assessment.

Step 4: Admissions Decision

Each student's application is carefully considered by the administration. All discussions regarding applications are held in strict confidence. Admission decisions consider the student’s potential for success at Davidson Academy and the parents' desire for a Christ-centered education for their children.

APPLY ANYTIME: Apply for Variable Tuition (optional)

Visit the Variable Tuition page for information and to apply for financial assistance through SMART AID. SMART AID notifies us whether you qualify or not, and we will notify you immediately. However, we cannot fully confirm the award amount until the school application is completed and your student is accepted.

Once you are accepted and notified, you may reserve your spot by paying your non-refundable enrollment fee of $200.

At Davidson Academy, our dedicated admissions team looks forward to partnering with you as you consider DA for your family. If you have any questions, contact Jason McGehee, director of admissions, at Jason.mcgehee@davidsonacademy.com, or (615) 860-5317. We look forward to talking with you.
